GFXLIB 2

GFXLIB 2.00 (beta) released.

Version 2.00b3 released 4th February 2010

If you had downloaded an earlier version of GFXLIB 2 (beta), then please replace all the components that
comprise the GFXLIB 2 package with this updated version. Thank you. There will be
more updates over the coming days.

This is a tentative beta release of GFXLIB version 2.00.

Apart from the instructions given below, the only documentation this
release comes with is in the form of several dozen commented example
programs. In addition, most of the GFXLIB modules have an associated Info.txt file
(which, currently, often contain missing or incorrect information - so beware!).

The GFXLIB 2.00 (beta) package includes the following files and folders:

GFXLIB2.BBC -- The core GFXLIB 2 library file
GFXLIB_modules -- Folder containing the GFXLIB graphics routines (modules)
GFXLIB_media -- Folder containing graphics and some other bits required by the example programs
GFXLIB_examples -- Folder containing dozens of commented example programs. Most of the GFXLIB modules
have at least one example program. In the final 'proper' release version of GFXLIB 2, every module will have at
least one example program.

GFXLIB2.BBC and the two folders GFXLIB_modules and GFXLIB_media should be placed
in the root of BB4W's LIB folder.

Place the GFXLIB_examples folder somewhere sensible (e.g. your My Documents folder, if you have one).

Right-click then select "Save Link As..." (or do whatever's appropriate for your particular browser) on the following URL to
download the GFXLIB 2 package:
